How much are the assessment fees and when are they due?
The 2021 assessment fees are $440 per year -- With assessments being billed on a quarterly basis. Payments are due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. Payments are considered to be late if they arrive after the last day of the month they are due.
Who do I call if there is an emergency?
Contact the management company at 847-428-7140. If our office is closed, press "9" when the automated system answers. If you are unable to reach a live person, please leave a detailed message with your community name, phone number and nature of your emergency. A staff member will contact you as soon as possible.
How do I contact the management company?
How can I obtain a certificate of insurance for my mortgage company showing proof of association insurance?
A certificate can be obtained by calling the association's insurance agent, Hollinger Services, at 847-437-2184.
