The 2024 Annual Meeting and Election and the July 2024 Board meeting is scheduled for July 31st, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at State Bank of the Lakes located at 50 Commerce Dr., Grayslake, IL 60030. A Board meeting will follow the Annual Meeting to elect officers of the Board and to conduct any necessary Board business.
